Travis Lindhorst graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Travis is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is also certified by the United States of America Weightlifting Association as a Level 1 coach. Travis was a member of the 2007 Region IX Conference championship baseball team at Western Nebraska Community College. He also was a member of the 2008 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference championship baseball team at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
After his playing days, Travis was a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Following his master’s program he spent time as a strength and conditioning coach at Western Nebraska Community College, Florida Atlantic University, and NC State University.
Travis has had the opportunity to work with numerous athletes from the MLB, NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLS, LPGA, and the Czech National baseball team. Most recently Travis was the Director of Strength and Speed Development at DiamondFit Performance.
Over the past 6 years, he helped over 63 kids in the triangle area sign baseball scholarships. 43 of them have went D1, and have had 13 MLB Draft picks.
