Justin Meng graduated from The Master’s University in Santa Clarita, California in 2015 with a degree in Kinesiology. He shortly after completed his Master’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from California University of Pennsylvania in 2016. He is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. He has had the opportunity to work with athletes of all sports throughout his time in working at the RiverPlex Performance facility in Peoria, IL and as well as a sports performance coach at DiamondFit Performance in the Triangle area. Justin has enjoyed the opportunity to train numerous Division 1 athletes as well as many professional athletes throughout his 5 years of coaching.
